These ID Caps can be used in fire alarm systems to properly determine circuit continuity and correct circuit resistance value for proper system performance. Security system installers can now confirm zone integrity allowing for quick and accurate termination of up to 8 points at one time. The patented 2-Wire Clip Adapters with the ID caps are designed to snap easily onto any two conductor 26-16 gauge wire for simplicity of testing.
